As declared in our Mission Statement, the Monroe Fire Department is committed to provide to our citizens “quality public service.” 

One of the many components of this part of our mission is works of charity for the benefit of others.  The firefighters of the Monroe Fire Department have continued their “Fill The Boot” campaign to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, or “Jerry’s Kids”.  More information, pictures, and the latest campaign success can be found here, as they are released.

The Monroe Fire Department, through grants and private donations, offer free smoke detectors to those in need.  Check back for more information on this program as detail is available.
